The Project is located at the eastern/southern part of Zante Island, Greece, at Vasilikos beach.

In an area of 7000 sq.m, a luxurious hotel complex is designed, consisted by thirteen apartment/suite buildings of 2-3 or 4 floors, designed as a welcoming neighborhood, with 360 beds, overlooking at the sea view and a main building, which serves as the reception and restaurant.

The whole project is completed by a well-designed landscape, with two grand sized swimming pools, the one facing the main reception building, offering luxurious relaxation, and the other facing the sea, and with the two outdoor open bars and the water games area / waterslide, are offering entertainment and fun. The complex also includes two tennis courts, a large outdoor café / bar, a playground, an outdoor adult – play area, and an outdoor cinema / theater, with its own café, located at the southern part of the area. A large parking area and a heliport, complete the project. The landscaping is minimal-designed; all the area is lawn covered and local vegetation, such as olive trees, thyme and lavender are decided to unify the whole project. Especially at the swimming pool areas palm trees are chosen to be planted to offer a more luxurious feel.
