Park Towers

Park Towers - Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Park Towers is one of two mixed-use towers in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It is an icon of architecture, striking buildings have quickly become recognized as one of the most architecturally impressive real estate projects in Dubai.

The design of the Park Towers project consists of two twin, egg-shaped in plan, towers, unified at the lower levels. All floor plans have different perimeters, creating a double-curvature surface. Τhe slope between each floor as well as the angle between each triangular panel are variant, leading to 3200 unique triangular glass panels, per tower. Precise geometry analysis and 3D modeling was required to define the double curvature of the glass surface.

The production of the construction drawings and details, as well as the cnc-codes for all aluminum components, for the façade of the Park towers project, had to be fully automated. The automation of all the required work was completed by INFOSTUDIO, using Autodesk’s AutoCAD programming platform.
